We are proud winners of the 2025 Sagea Awards employer of choice
The AGSA was awarded the 2025 Employer of Choice in the Public Sector category by the South African Graduate Employers Association (Sagea).
The Sagea Awards celebrate organisations and individuals who are leading in early talent development, based on peer review and candidate experience. The Sagea awards takes place every two years and is intended to reward outstanding examples of excellence in the graduate recruitment and development arenas through these awards.
Some of the objectives of the awards are to:
- To provide Sagea members with a platform to showcase the various media and campaigns being used to successfully attract graduates.
- To recognise and reward excellence and innovation in the graduate employment field.
- To provide recognition to affiliate members who provide an excellent careers service and are committed to preparing graduates for the world of work.
- To highlight excellence in the provision of solutions to support the attraction and development of graduates.
- To provide Sagea members with insight into award-winning initiatives and campaigns, thereby promoting best practice in the field.
